This privacy policy explains which data we collect and what we use it for. It also explains how and for what purpose this is done. We would like to point out that data transmission on the Internet (e.g. when communicating by e-mail) can have security gaps. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.
The responsible party for data processing on this website is:
Niclas Erdmann
Am Bertrams Weiher 6, 53721 Siegburg, Germany
Phone: +4915223845529
E-mail: info@niclaserdmann-photography.com

For example, US companies are obliged to disclose personal data to security authorities without you as the data subject being able to take legal action against this. Therefore, it cannot be ruled out that U.S. authorities (e.g., intelligence services) may process, evaluate and permanently store your data on U.S. servers for monitoring purposes. We have no influence on these processing activities.
Recipients of personal data
We work with various external bodies as part of our business activities. We only pass on personal data to external bodies if this is necessary in the context of fulfilling a contract, if we are legally obliged to do so (e.g. passing on data to tax authorities), if we have a legitimate interest in passing on the data in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f DSGVO or if another legal basis permits the passing on of the data. When using contract processors, we only disclose personal data of our customers on the basis of a valid contract on contract processing. In the case of joint processing, a contract on joint processing is concluded.
